Nicolae Sîli is the President and Founder of the El-Sadai Ministry. He graduated from the National College of Commerce, in Chisinau, and years later, he graduated all Study Bible Courses with the 'Precepts Ministries' Organization. He is an exceptional leader, speaker and the El-Sadai team, follows his example. Nicolae and his wife, Svetlana, have one daughter. Everything Nicolae does is centered around developing dynamic Christian leaders.
