Every child is growing towards independence and you know best where they are on that journey! If this is your child&#8217;s first experience away from home, summer camp can be a very safe and positive time of growth. We&#8217;ve found that kids do great when they are excited about the activities available at EL-Sadai and parents have regular conversations with them about packing and working on independent tasks they&#8217;ll do at camp.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>What do I need to pack for my child ?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>Each Camp has a specific packing list you can use as a guide for your Camper. Every single person has their own single bed accomodations, nightstand, wardrobe shelf, also there are six bathroom and shower installments per unit of building.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>What time does El-Sadai camp open on Opening Day?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>El-Sadai camp opens at 9:00 AM -12 PM on Opening Day!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>When is check out time on the last day of the term?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>Check out is after breakfast on the last day of the term. Most families are gone by 11:00 AM.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>Is there a Medical Assistant on site?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>We have a Medical Assistand on site.\u00a0 We have nursing staff available and we are a five minute drive away from a quality hospital.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>Is there a microwave and refrigerator in the rooms?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>The Health County does not alow children to bring food from home because of health safety related issues. A microwave is available in the dining hall.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>Is there a curfew?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>Guests can visit between 12 PM and 9 PM. Children will be in bed by 11:00 PM, as well as our staff, so they can be ready to serve again the next morning.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>Are there any restrictions we should know about?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>There is NO alcohol or tobacco on the El-Sadai site. We would love for you to help your camper get settled in, make their bed and meet their counselors. There is no need to send sports equipment. Personal gear can be used, but there is limited storage space and El-Sadai Ministries cannot be held liable for loss or damage to personal sports equipment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"accordion-item\"><a href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\"><button class=\"toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>How do you handle bed wetting issues?<\/span><\/a><div class=\"accordion-inner\">\n<p>Like you, our intent is to protect your Campers heart and privacy. If bed wetting occurs, we have special matresses for cases like these.
